Rates for Hot RiverStone Massage

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For all credit or debit card transactions, we must charge a 6% fee to cover the processing costs. For online transactions using PayPal, we must charge a 4% fee to cover their processing costs.
Scheduling:
Each therapist has unique days and times of availability. If you wish to see a specific therapist, please call our office for available appointment times. We generally have therapists available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, by advance request, from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
Scheduling an appointment is easy. Just give our office a call and let our receptionist know what type of session you're looking for. You don't need to know the name of the bodywork modality; just tell us what result you're looking for, whether you prefer to relax and de-stress, work through chronic tension or acute pain, realign your posture, strengthen your immune system, or whatever your personal goals may be, and we'll recommend the appropriate therapy and the best practitioner for your needs.
Our receptionist is generally in the office from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, if you do get our voice mail, please leave us a message. We're very good at returning calls promptly.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you need to let us know by 5:00 pm the previous evening. We appreciate as much notice as possible, because this allows us to book another client in your vacant spot.
Same day cancellations may be subject to a fee if we cannot book someone else into that time slot. However, we do make exceptions in emergencies or if you are ill.
No-show appointments will be charged the full fee for the scheduled appointment.
