We're located right in downtown Cookeville, not far from the Cookeville Square, Cookeville Regional Medical Center (the hospital), or the Depot Museum. We are located at 120 West 1st Street, Suite 3. We're located between Cedar and Oak Streets, next door to Bucco's Bistro (formerly Paula's Gourmet Restaurant), and across from Putnam Printing and just 3 blocks south of the hospital.

Directions from I-40:
Exit the highway at exit number 286, heading north on Willow Avenue. This will be a right-hand turn off the ramp if you're coming from the east (Knoxville) and a left-hand turn if coming from the west (Nashville). You will pass major intersections at Jackson Street and then, a few blocks later, at Spring Street. Make a right-hand turn at the next traffic light onto Broad Street. You will come to a 4-way stop sign with the Depot Museum and train cars on your right. This is Cedar Street. Turn left onto Cedar, then make your first left onto 1st Street. We'll be on your left in that first block. Our building is the second business on the left, set back a bit from the street. It's sandy colored on the front, with red up above the awning. Look for our green sign above the awning. If you get to Oak Street, you've gone too far.

Directions from the Cookeville Square:
Head north on Washington Avenue and turn left onto Broad Street. Continue down Broad until you reach a 4-way stop sign. Make a right onto Cedar Street at the four-way stop sign. Pass the railroad tracks, then take your second left onto 1st Street (the first left would be back onto Broad Street) We'll be on your left in that first block. It's a sandy colored building with red on top, set back a bit from the street. Look for our green sign above the awning. If you get to Oak Street, you've gone too far.

Directions from Cookeville Regional Medical Center:
Head south on Cedar three blocks. Turn right on First Street (before you get to Broad or Spring). We'll be in that first block on your left-hand side. It's a sandy-colored building with red on top, set back a bit from the street. Look for our green sign above the awning. If you get to Oak Street, you've gone too far.

Directions from the Depot Museum:
You're almost here! From Broad Street, turn North onto Cedar (away from the Depot, toward TTU and the Hospital). Take your first left onto 1st Street and travel about half a block. We're on your left.
